Bilingual Conexion was formed in 2010 when Claudio Digruttola retired from his position as Language Coordinator at Providence Hospital. A few months after retiring, Claudio created BC out of his garage and began providing interpretation and translation services for the York County Prison for inmates and attorneys. A few years later, BC secured a county contract working with state funded programs in York County which expanded to three additional counties (Adams, Lancaster, Northumberland) of which BC provides interpretation and translation services. Additionally, BC also provides services to the private sector for medical groups, law offices, food industries, construction companies, title companies and political organizations.
